I've been a student of movement for many years including various forms of dance and group fitness.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Certified Progressing Ballet Technique Instructor.  I specialize in helping people build confidence in movement, no matter your fitness level or background.  My goal is to help you find joy and peace in moving your body well so you can live your best life!
